What Our Warranty Covers
Any problem that traces back to our installation.
Water Leaks
If water gets past the seal we installed, the fix is free — whether it came from a monsoon downpour, a car wash, or a lawn sprinkler.
Air Leaks & Wind Noise
New wind noise after our install is our responsibility. We'll reseal the glass, or replace it if the seal won't hold.
Installation Defects
A weak bond, glass that shifts, or a rattle on the road — we correct it at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty protects our workmanship. Fresh damage from outside the vehicle isn't caused by the install, so it falls outside warranty coverage.
New damage from rock impacts, road debris, or flying objects
Damage from accidents, collisions, or vehicle rollovers
Vandalism, break-ins, or intentional damage
Damage from weather events (hail, dust storms, falling branches, and similar)
Pre-existing chips, cracks, or scratches not caused by our work
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections in the glass itself
A rock chip or a break-in isn't a warranty issue — but call us anyway. In most cases we can bill it to your insurance and replace the glass.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Call Us
Call (623) 471-8420 and describe the problem — a leak, wind noise, a rattle, anything that doesn't seem right.
We Inspect
We schedule an inspection, typically the same or next day. A technician comes to wherever the vehicle is, free of charge.
We Fix It
Covered issues are handled by our own technicians — repair or replacement, whichever the situation needs. You pay nothing for labor, materials, or the mobile visit. A refund only comes into play if we're unable to complete the fix ourselves.
Repair & Replacement Policy
As part of our warranty process, we reserve the right to inspect, repair, or replace any covered workmanship or materials before issuing a refund or reimbursement. Customers must provide us with a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Refunds will not be issued for completed work if we have not first been given the opportunity to repair or replace the covered item.

Full Warranty Terms
East Valley Auto Glass warrants that all automobile glass installations are free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle in which the glass was installed. This covers any air or water leaks in the glass we installed as long as the vehicle is owned by the individual for whom we serviced the vehicle. Warranty does not transfer to a new owner if the car is sold. Any defects in workmanship must be reported to East Valley Auto Glass within 30 days of discovery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Any damage to the vehicle's paint or clear coat caused by tape adhesion.
- The failure of locks resulting from pre-existing glass breakage due to vandalism prior to our service.
East Valley Auto Glass assumes no liability for conditions outside the scope of this warranty.
